Cheating customers, telling lies for selling

Do not fall for this agency. Big cheats. Being an NRI, I was looking for a property at Newtown action area 1. Their sales person Mr. Somsekhar Das(who is currently with NK Realtors), got me hooked to Sureka Sunrise Greens in Ghuni, Rajarhat. Ghuni does not even come under Newtown. But he kept lying till the end that it is under Newtown action area 1. Also he said he has definite info that the HIDCO is converting the bamboo bridge over bagjola canal to a concrete bridge within next 6 months. This is the 9th year and still the bamboo bridge has not been converted. Also he said Sunrise Greens is the only property in Action Area 1 available at that point. Later on figured out there were 100s of properties under construction or being launched, e.g. Sankalpa. I am still stuck with Sunrise Greens and losing my hard earned money everyday.
