ATS homekraft happy trail project I would suggest don’t buy. Reasons:

1) 3 km patch is lonely and will never get developed. Schools will get closed at 2 pm and after that entire area will remain lonely in near future . So insecure.

2) The per square feet Rs that they are charging is very high and quality is not at par with price and locality.

3) Greedy builder.The people doing dealing there like sanjeet highly untrustworthy . Your money and deal will be in danger as he is such person whose words you can’t trust. Beware it’s not one Rs investment.

4) Transportation problem . Won’t get auto or cab easily.

5) Greater noida west traffic condition is very very bad..

There is no space to park my car in this society complex! The builder took too many projcets and has made the complex conjusted with buildings because of which we have not got other basic amenities!

It is a very common case where many of the projects are not approved by majority of the lenders and this implies that the project fails to abide by the general norms if the lenders are not vey sure with their general criteria.

Transportation from this place is very difficult as it is located in an area which is very far from the hub of the city. No rickshaws and cabs come in here and you have to wait for a long time for a bus.

Basic entertainment services are not provided in any of the nearby places. This leads to a feeling of boredom among people living in the vicinity. This creates a big problem.

The water supply at this place is bad and there is no car parking for everyone! The facilities and amenities that they provide are always overcrowded so it is not worth it at all!

With lots of projects coming into this area, brand ATS overpricing strategy is not justified in this project. Almost all premium developers including Tata's and Godrej are not present here. If a premium has to be paid, my recommendation would be to go with a premium brand. Falling quality standards and customer orientation does not make ATS a good choice.

ATS Green, Noida is a huge name in Ghaziabad along with other areas in the locality; they provide the best properties, a few already delivered while some upcoming. The fact is, studying the positive ATS Group Reviews online, on a lot of widely used platforms, was one good reason I want to to see their properties.
