ATS has belied the hopes of a builder with a difference. its work in noida is in total contrast with what they have delivered in derabassi. the construction is delayed by 3 years and stalled. the inner infrastructureie roads, street lights, landscaping of the nala behind the project the plot area still not made despite 10 years. Other builders like sushma, jlpl have delivered much better and faster. the quality iss also not the same as it was earlier.

it seems a case of diversion of money as all flats are booked. land was bought at throwaway prices in 2003/4 I think. a failed opportunity for ats.

waiting for crowdfunding to take ats to courts.

Bahut gol gol gumate hain ATS wale.never give any clear answer . After trying hard for clear answers, it makes the things suspicious and creates uncertainty of delay durations.

Hope and wish that they change this as after investing my hard earned money, I am partner with them now .

DELAYED POSSESSION(ATS LIFESTYLE, ATS CASA ESPANA)! Humble request to everyone who is thinking to buy an apartment in ATS projects. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I will second everyone's concern without-doubt that ATS CASA ESPANA or ATS LIFESTYLE are at a really good location but the builder have to legally abide by what he has committed to his customers apart from luring them on their first meeting in those AC offices just to get the money. They are certainly not above the law, any aggrieved person can file complaints for their rights before National Commission, New Delhi or Punjab RERA(Under ATS CASA ESPANA Registration number PBRERA-SAS80-PR0086; ATS LIFESTYLE Registration number PBRERA-SAS79-PR0007). Its high time they have to face the music now.

Secondly, OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE(ATS PRELUDE, ATS LIFESTYLE, ATS CASA ESPANA) For the reference to know how important is to have anOCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATE from your builder, all readers are advised to please look into theHon'ble Supreme Courts verdict on Campa Cola Flats, Mumbai.

To know more about the ATS trend any aggrieved buyer can contact ATS Prelude Resident Owners Association(Dera Bassi) who have received all the pertinent details from the concerned Government Departments about their BIG LIES on OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE through RTI( Right to Information Act). Please DO NOT accept any verbal answer from the ATS as I just saw it was mentioned in some of the the other reviews, Please get everything written on a Legal Paper.

Thirdly, Adding to that to know more about their promises, you can keep a track about their delayed possession history cases filed by aggrieved buyers either before National commission or Punjab RERA through their respective websites under their other projects in Punjab eg. ATS Infrastructure, ATS Estates, ATS Infrabuild. If you think ATS has fallen short on their promise of delivering the said apartment which was committed earlier to you on or before the said date, you got all the rights to sue them before the Hon'ble Courts, Commissions or Punjab RERA. They're certainly answerable to the Judicial system.

Ats means ghar ho to aisa . Ats homes are very good and value for money. Its infrastructure is very good and solid. Material used are too good qualitywise. Information and service provided by ATS staff specially sales team is good. Structure made by ATS is very good. on every floor there are only teo floors it is especially good. overall it is a good project . so I suggest go for it.
