Think twice before investing

Hello friends,

I want to share my experience with this builder. I was invested in Dhanasree Ashiyana in the year 2016. The experience with this builder is so pathetic.

I am struggling since last 15 months to sort of some of my issues like Service tax, parking allotment & some promises made by him during booking the flat.

I attempted nearly 15~20 times in these 15 months to meet him directly. Every time I used to spend 1to 3 hrs to meet him. Finally, he refused to meet by saying the reason “he was busy”.

My chosen covered parking was given to someone without any intimation to me. Service tax also charged extra and not ready to pay back the extra amount paid.

He will not even respond to Phone calls, E-mails, and your messages. So friends my request would be better to think twice before investing.
