Same square fit for Subha and Asset, however, has 150 square feet extra for in sense of carpet area

I simply loved it, not yet brought it, however, hopping my husband agrees and I buy this property

Think 100 time before buying this property. I enquired with some residents and got following feedback

1. 
   No solar water Heater(But Builder claim, all flats getting Solar Hot Water)
   



2. 
   Infinite number of cracks in the buildings, some cracks are very huge almost 50mm thickness, Highly unsafe, I dont know how residents are living there
   



3. 
   No RoofTop Farming(They done the farming just to get awards, After getting awards they stopped it, But builder still claim they will do it)
   



4. 
   Gym Equipment's are of very cheap quality. I have personally seen the weights, after touching I need to go washroom for washing my hands.
   



5. 
   Road to the apartment(Panathur underpass). They claim that road will construct and plan is already released etc etc. Truth is, it will never going to come, residents are staying there for past 2 years and they shared the pain of panathur underpass.

I have been to Asset Elvira(recently taken over by CoEvolve) and booked 2 Flats(one for me and other for my friend). But later realised that their construction quality is very poor. You can see 10000s of cracks every where and low quality materials are used. Why would anyone invest such a huge amount on such poor quality construction flats.

Also I would like to warn all buyers to avoid this property as any amount given to them will never be returned. No ethics at all, only dialogues in air.

Our money has not been refunded by the developer. Please don't fall into their false promises.

The customer service has been good and returned the money promptly after cancellation of the booking for the apartment. It took some time and multiple discussions and mails. However, the overall experience has been good and builder has maintained his motto.

There should be no problem with anyone trying to book an apartment with this builder as they are following all the norms and are also properly responding to customers.

Hi,

I am one of the flat owner.

I must say Builder is good and Supportive if we have any problem in our Apartment.

There has been so many issues due to weather but we can relay on this builder for any sort of support and help.

They are willing to help its customers even after the handover, which is really good.

Overall I would recommend this to Everything.

Look forward to have the same in a long run.

Their 2 project Asset Serene & Asset Placid is a clear failure. The promised very high but delivered horrible and scary structure. If you look at Asset Placid & Asset Serene the building is only 3/4 years old but it resembles a decade old. There are 10000s of cracks every where. The top floor is scary. You don't know when the ceiling falls down. We complained this to the builder but the response we got was inappropriate . They say that they cannot do anything if there is any problem after 1 year of possession. Does that mean the flat I bought is good for just 1 year?

Yes, they delivered the project is time but way below they promised. The said they will provide OTIS lift & Jaquor bathroom fittings. Instead they provided Hephzi lift & Somany bathroom fittings. Hephzi lift is good for nothing. Every 2 weeks its goes down . They have used very cheap quality product.

They said they have 3 working bore wells. But to our surprise only 1 was working and that has goes dry in summer session.

Children play area has all cheap quality material used. The slides, sea-saw are all cheap. It is very risky to leave our kids alone.

Parking space is very very cramp. You need superb driving skills to park your cars. In addition to asset placid apartment issues the near by villagers are pain in a* .Every time they create problem for apartment owners . They try to enter the premises as if they own it. And when we stop, they say they have helped builder to get this apartment constructed. We have changed security multiple times but no use. God knows what is the link between the builder & villagers.

Overall, spent some money and buy a better apartment from renowned builder.

Impressed with legal works and quality of construction.No builders in Bangalore can provide such type of quality in Constructions and legal documents. Totally Impressed.

If any one wants to buy property in Bangalore please check your builders profile and then invest. Always select builders first and then project.Appreciation of property depends on legality, location and construction. If builders are meeting all parameter then go for it. I find asset builders are meeting my all parameter and finally I decide to go for it.
