I have associated with asrithas group through the booking of asrithas elegance, which is one of their on-going project at jp nagar 8th phase Bangalore.

My throughout experience since booking the flat to till so far is really so positive. They are very transparent to each and every documentation and terms/conditions.

Interactions to the client from the builder end are very much supportive for even a small thing. They are very supportive to fulfill the customer needs with small alterations in flat or something else.

Due to some financial crunch, I was cancelled my booking in middle and I found the builder is really so understanding about my concerns and initiated the cancellation process by no penalty for the refund.I really appropriate asrithas group builder for this, which could not be expected to any other builders in Bangalore.

asrithas group is a really one of the genuine and best builders available in Bangalore and I would like to recommend asrithas group builders to the people who are looking for any flat purchase in Bangalore.

Every week I use to see ads in Paper and posters of asrithas GROUPS after looking the ads, I decided to visit the site. Met Mr. bhaskar reddy He managed to convince me and we booked a flat in sheshadripuram after doing ground work of a week . After booking few of them gave me negative and positive feedback about asrithas GROUPS. We did not bother about the views. After a month we wanted to investment for my daughter to who stays in UK . Plan was to go one more flat in jp nagar 8th phase as a investment option for my daughter. the team is very helpful and management too specially MR RAM BHUPAL REDDY

Hello All –I booked a flat at asrithas group In asrithas elegance and iam happy with price Much is said about this builder but as a matter of fact, even I too was sort of demotivated when I saw different reviews from people on this blog. The builder is always think of Customer satisfaction is the most important thing in any kind of business. The MD mr madhu sudhan naidu and director and team has been putting loads of efforts to complete the project in a timely fashion and we all owners do see a lot of progress around this. It makes me feel more comfortable that soon our homes will be delivered to us. As all are saying, the location is the best in the city currently and for sure when the entire project is completed it will look far far better than expectations. I will write my review again after few months and provide facts from the development of this project. Thanks and do invest in this property if interested.and never ever go with reviews as even even pplz are money out of it

I have booked a flat from asrithas group year back in asrithas blossomheights since from the day one of the booking the sale team was very helpful and they have helped me in all the aspects and I'm going to get the possession by this month end and with a good quality of  Constructionguru30  as I stay nearby to the apartment has seen the Constructionguru30 how they have build it from day and I am satisfied about it  pricing part was also not high compared to much other builders wea they charge more but the Constructionguru30 quality is very poor but in asrithas your ey charge  minimum cost and again the quality of the Constructionguru30 is very nice and I have even recommended my 2 3 relatives who have already bought it from them and even they are happy with them and coming back to the reviews when initially when I was looking for a property even I have seen reviews  if I would have  trusted reviews and  Gone With The Builder then I would have not got such a good  flat at a good location  a good reputed builder it is all business  just to down the business other builders post the reviews don't believe the reviews go and meet the existing clients and see the completed project then dicide?thanks.
