ASRITHAS GROUP One of the worst and Fake Real Estate Company in Hyderabad .Worst and fraud people Hi this is Siri I just want to share my experience with HR Chandana I visited asrithas Group for front office position I attended the interview she treated me like have to wear model dresses to impress all like that.i dont know whether they are running a business or something else guys pls dont join this company she don t know HR rules and Responsibilities also simply calling to the candidates for interviews she told like first you join after I will change your salary will give hike I will talk to MD so I dont know something fishy with her shes behaving like a some what.so for female employees there is no security in this company im thinking like that.i just sharing my interview experience with that lady.

I my self bought my first house in asritha's lifestyle apartment near somasundrapalya main road.

Builder cheated in all terms like building plan, no occupancy certificate, water problems with current land lords, car parking issue, many other issue with land Lord, court cases etc..

Plz, don't get cheated by these guys only one suggestion i give you all.

Hxxx one of the fraud who is working in arsithas group as a accountant N taking care of Management in Hyderabad As well as Bangalore And she is cheating for the company too and MD Mrs. Mxxxx sxx one who is Trusting her (Hxxx ) blindly don't y he cannot understand about the other Employees who are working over there please note this as I suffered don't ever try to others with in a short period In d firm employees are joining N leaving coz of Hxxx only there is no attraction at all. If not now organization wil be a case for one day for further Damm sure coz of Hxxx N this bxxxxx Hxxx.

Waiting from a long time for the completion of the house...no proper response inspite of constant enquiry....Not suitable to recommend someone...Would request the builders to respond properly and complete the project as soon as possible....Not happy with the way they are responding

Hello guys,

I'd like to report an incident which happened today; I had visited their office to talk to their sales rep and close the deal for a flat. And we bargained, but soon after that she called me back and convinced me to pay 50, 000 INR extra as her fee's, and this has to be paid to her bank account.

I was not expecting this, all of these reviews on the internet are legit. I have undergone the same experience as everyone else here.

Stay away from these guys; they are desperate to get your money.

Don't trust me? Try it out, but don't regret it later.

I am posting a review from the US as the customer support representative mistreated my wife. Very Unprofessional.

I understand that you are desperate to get business, but that doesn't mean that you can abuse people over the phone.

There was a Lady over the phone who mistreated my wife just because we asked her for a timeframe of 2-3 days for the payment, she started abusing over the phone and cut the call.

They will manipulate you into getting you to buy their flat/property.

After the first payment, you start seeing their colors; they begin to treat you bad.

They don't know how to treat a customer, they are just money minded folks.

The property market is wonderful in bangalore and buyers have many options and that is a good thing. However this boom must be supported by infrastructural growth by the government. The government should focus on good roads and must implement the road widening project.

I want to put in my bitter experience on how I got cheated by Asrithasgroup bangalore(also called Asrita Homes, Asritas group, Ashritas/Ashrithas Homes private limited).

Their office located in koramangala, bangalore.



  1. All their flats are constructed with significant deviations.



  2. If they find a new customer who can pay higher price, they will manipulate, and create a situation where you are forced to cancel the agreement/booking with a loss.



  3. The builder does not pickup the phone calls, and you will have to communite directly with the manager who has no authority in making the decisions.



  4. They speak sweetly at the time of booking your apartment, and later you will be surprised with the way they play with psyche of the customer, create insecurity with insufficient communication, never stand on their words/commitment, threaten the customer.





Therefore, I want to appeal to the prospective customers to be aware of this kind of builders.

I am a Doctor, recently moved to Bangalore from UP. We are a Joint family and my parents live with me. We were also looking for owning a suitable accommodation around my place of work. After meeting several builders and seeing their properties, we finally met the representatives OF ASRITHAS GROUP who showed us a flat in ASRITHAS SIGNATURE. This was exactly as per our requirement and price was also affordable. The Company representatives provided excellent service especially Mr PRASHANT SALES MANAGAER who co ordinated for bank loan and our experience of acquiring the flat was pleasant and without any hurdles. The entire process of sanction of loan till the registration was smooth, with complete hand holding by the representatives of the Company. We are residing in the flat for the past FOUR months and have not encountered any issues. ASRITHAS GROUP has been attending to all issues and their services are excellent. Our entire family and especially my aged parents are happy and very comfortable in the new flat.

I am also relieved that we don't have to worry about SWD, lake encroachments etc as all documents are clear of any issues.

I would therefore recommend ASRITHAS GROUP to all my Friends and relatives and share my experience.

I recently booked an Apartment with asrithas homes at their new project asrithas blossom heights .The staff is very friendly. Good to find a project with amenities and vastu compliance .Compared to other projects Ive visited in the surrounding location, I can say this is the most value for money project.Breath taking views and ameneties.Really looking forward to staying here.Must visit if you are working in the surroundings or looking and I like the dedicated the asrithas homes.the material they use good material and best quality material. thanks I must suggest othrs to buy as thy have project witin city limit

I take this opportunity to write a few things about ASRITHAS BUILDERS. I have booked an apartment with ASRITHAS BUILDERS at their GRAND LIVING at JP NAGAR 7TH PHASE . And the experience has been really worth while. They are not only absolutely transparent but also stick to their word. As a matter of fact, they are ahead of their promised schedule which is not a frequently found quality among builders in Bangalore.INITAILLY I ALSO felt the same by seeing reviews I approached them ask abt the reviews they gave me there existing customers number I met and spoked they wea satisfied by them And looking forward to move my flat in this September md is very keen and good we met him directly he gave us assurance now we are happy . Overall I have had a very good and pleasant experience.

We had booked a flat in Asrithas elegance JP Nagar 9th phase 2019 by giving a token amount, after knowing the quality of construction & reputation of the builders well we backed & applied for cancellations in 2019. Till today we are struggling to contact the owner madushudan & ram Reddy they either keep changing their number or block our numbers..total fraud people. Even thy hve shut their kormangla office.i hve even got in touch with other 2 family whom thy have cheated & not given their token amount..the building is still under construction as on 30th Nov, infact thy had promised for the families who purchased tht it will b ready by Jan 2020. Thy r fraudsters n cheated us..Never the owners will proper in their life..it wil b curse for them n their family. I m writing this here so that other ppl should not end in problem like us..plz be aware of these scoundrels b4 u invest in ur dreams.
