This was my life big mistake I took flat from them, there is no time limit worst spoken after two years also they have not completed the building I would like them rate negative which is not available . Aspen management does not have common sense whenever you ask them about the status there answer will be work is going on. It will take years or decade to complete my humble request do not buy flat from them and suffer
