Ashwini R Construction, Navi Mumbai

We are resident of Navi Mumbai. We applied for a flat in purple city project panvel of Ashwini construction around 2 years back. The possession date was 31/12/2017. But we didn't get the possession nor our money back. We have made the payment of RS 2.5 lacs. From Last one year we are getting only false promises and fraudulent cheques from this builder.
