WHoever is planning to buy flat with these fraudsters first read this:

Stop cheating people with your spineless words ASBL. You give a price of 6899 on one day and when we are ready to book, you increase to 7199(that too when we are still negotiating on price) oh wow, don't believe on this company guys & these guys will dump you. These people will promise one thing today & go back on the same tomorrow.

How can you guys INCREASE price which was discussed & still being negotiated for less price within 1day when we came flying all the way to hyderabad just to book this. These guys just took advantage that I flied to hyderabad just to book this & wanted to take advantage and increase the price.

I have proofs for all the cheating these guys did.

There are cracks in the wall and the ceiling and the fittings of the taps have not been done properly. There is so much leakage as well. We had to spend money to get all of this fixed after spending so much money on the house already.

Even though the maintenance fees are so high, the amenities and facilities are not being taken care of, which is horrible.

This is effectively one of the most engraving problem where the there is a constant issue of limited listings to serve the investors or finding the genuine buyers in the market since there are not many leads that are generated or mutually shared between the agents.

Most of the houses that are built 50 kms away cannot be quoted at higher prices since they incur additional expenses and cost that can be credited to and accounts from travel and the time needed to avail for other services like basic entertainment and food and healthcare services. Hence not preferred.

The apartments in these area are mostly predominant types and are high priced. This leads to a major concern of the prices rises exorbitantly for the multi-storeyed apartments that are located in the near by areas. This needs to change and the prices need to brought down so that more buyers can show interest.
