This is a fraud company who force's alot to make payment but once you cancel there speech will change and never respond back to any questions. I cancelled on Feb 2022 bt still now no proper response. We believed them and still no refund they cheat and just trag the time telling all silly excuses. Don't ever plan to get any plot from them. They cheat and play with our money.

We have booked a plot( Minnum manali - project) 27th april 2022.We told them very very clearly that we can do the registration after may 28th 2022 due to agni natchathiram. They have agreed and collected advance payment Rs.100000.00.then they gave us date for 23rd Junewhich we can not proceed due to santhrastramam. They said ok and let us know the next date for registration .but forced us to pay the full amount, but we did not pay(thank god). up to 2 weeks no responsefrom sales person saravanan, babu and crm bhuvana.

2 weeks later they informed me that need to do registration for full guideline value and price also Rs.100.00 increased per s.feet. after collecting advance payment. they will change the norms as per their wish. Who will agree.so we asked refund. They said 90 days time need to do refund. but we influenced by VIPand got the money today .but Rs.90000.00 only. this is how they are living and eating.

We booked a plot at ashok nandavanam perungalathur and we paid one lakh advance. They mentioned us the total amount is refundable..They treat us very nicely and make us book the plot. While asking for legal documents there is no response and pressurise us to settle the balance amount and register. So many issues in the document s so our lawyer advised us to quit. When asked for our refund they took 6 months and finally deducted 20000 and refunded our amount. When asked why they have deducted they told us we have agreed to it.. Kindly do not buy plots from these cheaters

I have book a plot at Kolapakkam for which they have asked me to pay Rs.2., 00, 000. I had to cancel the booking as the Guide line value for the property is informed as Rs.2500 but actual guideline value is Rs.1350 only.

When I asked for cancel and return my money, they still not return the money after four month from the date of cancellation.

Now I have booked a police compliant but they say that they will handle it in civil court and they will not give my money back.

When the plots they show us have legal issues they do not refund the complete booking deposit. It is not advisable to pay booking deposit to them. They force us to pay booking deposit(2 Lakh) only then they give us the xerox copies of property documents to share with lawyers for legal opinion. When the legal opinion is not positive and we withdraw, this organisation is deducting 10000Rs. Which is unfair. Hence, people please stay away from these guys.
