Very good environment, society upkeepment drive way roads are good considering circle rate; highly expensive.

Maintenance cost is slightly on higher side considering number of residents/ occupancy.

Neighboring towers faces one issue Privacy: adjacent flats faces someones kitchen, balcony or sometimes unlikely rooms.

If you looking for an apartment in BHIWADI, then you should take one in any Ashiana Society. There are more than 15 societies of Ashiana in Bhiwadi. And they all are great compared to any other builders' society. Material used is great. Their apartments are very spacious and their all societies have a lot of greenery and they have great club house, swimming pool and play area for children. They have two separate societies especially for senior citizens. Security is good. You won't face any kind of problem like power cut or no water.

When it comes to Ashiana Housing. I don't feel any hesitation in buying home for me in the near future. My parents and Relatives have bought Flats in Ashiana Aangan Bhiwadi and Ashiana Tarang which is an ongoing project in bhiwadi. Its such a trustable builder and your amount is in safe hands when you buy flats from ashiana. When we talk about the

cancellation of flat due to some financial issues. It doesn't block your booking amount like any other societies. They give you an opportunity like we cancelled our flat due to some reason earlier and thought our booking amount would also go waste. but they told us that we have your booking amount but whenever you book a flat from us we will deduct that much of amount from the total price of flat. Its something which is very good for the people who sometime cancelled the flats but buy in the future. So after 1 year of time we again booked our flat and regain that amount in deduction also. Ashiana housing is best, The flats are neat and clean with 24 hr security, they have huge gardens, swimming pools, clubs, indoor games etc. WE ARE IN SAFE HANDS. Thank you Ashiana.
