They will tell you new rules, every time. even banks they are involved with do, will give you clear instruction to go with them only if you trust them, bank does not give any guarantee.

I am already paying EMI, and procession date is MAY what I have been told, they tell you, EMI will start, only after procession, but they have internal agreement with bank, which none of them will disclose, before buying flat, later they tell you, it was false commitment. They have tie up PNB and HDFC both are fraud friendly banks, be careful.

It was my worst decision so far in life to go with Ashiana Homes.
