Beware of these marketing gimmicks from Artha. They also promised 10K rent for villas constructed in previous project Artha Grihasta. It is difficult to find even a single tenant, forget about getting the suggested rentals. Thanks to Artha for their...poor quality and total mis-management of villa project. Please inquire and ask the owner of Artha Grihasta owner about the builder before falling into the traps of the builder.  Read More
