Review On Artha Property, Bangalore

I recently booked a flat in Emprsa smart City, Hoskote,  Bangalore. This project is really attractive but i have doubts on the timeline and the promises being made .

Is there a way to check the approval status and all of the project.

Project Details :

pay 10% now , No EMI till possession.

Delivery by Dec 2018

Assured rental till 24 months post possession.
