Fooling buyer's by intentionally delaying project

Totally unreliable. Once they have the money from your flat they will invest in some other project and leave you to rot. They have some marketing executives and a fancy website that can fool you easily. It is better to invest on some reliable builder. Here is definitely not reliable. Promised completion of flat in 2012. They handed over without half completed project without Door no, fire NOC, basic amities like municipal water supply and electricity. You can forget the other amenities provided. Pls don not trust this. You can google about this builder and find the amount of customer complaints. It is a total disaster. Please do your homework before you invest your hard earned money. I am totally disappointed with the experience.
