Arocon Builders & Developers, Ghaziabad

I have flat in Arocon GolfVille, First of all while selling the flats they will give you all false promises and everything they commit is lie. This property was controvercial and had court case but still without intimating to any buyer builder sold every flat. Now issue is long pending 7 years in court and we have no access to Gym, swimming pool and other basic ammenities. Also since case is pending in court so RWA cant be former and builder owns the maintenance and trust me it is disgusting; no security, no maintenance not even for very essential and important services like lift, leakage and basically everything. This Builder is scam beware for upcoming society in NH24 region. incase want to confirm the truth before buying the flat just take a visit to Arocon Golfville and knock any random door you will get the reality.

FYI: I am looking to get rid to this shithole, just not getting sufficient price.
