They don't have proper procedure or policy. They frame a company policy but the own MD of the company doesn't follow it. If u block and if some other customer ask for Urs ready to pay lil extra they give to them without informing u. The manager who are in-charge of that project plays important role in that. He will not have any courtesy to call and inform you. If they play political games in these God only knows how their construction quality will be.
