There have been many instances where the employees have been actively seeking to improve credit score since they are not eligible for getting funded for loan not are they able to borrow money from a private investor. This creates a major concern and leads to the downside of the buyers interest to buy.

There is no hope for possession of the flats that we booked and it has been 3 long years. I request people not to book a flat with them and urge people who have booked a flat to come together and fight so that we can take legal action against them.
No road constructed

At the time of construction, it was promised to the buyers that there will be a road constructed around the building for movement of fire tenders in emergency but the adequate measures have still not be taken to ensure complete safety measures been adopted.

It is high time now that the buyers start vouching for basic amenities like proper food and electricity connection in addition to, connecting road and safe access to drinking water. It is also during these times that the builders are not giving proper details to the buyers who are interested in buying.
No shuttle services to parking facilities
