Ara Builders and Developers, Bangalore

The builders have constructed ARA VISHWAS, where I am also a buyer.

The building has one illegal(out of plan floor), they call it penthouse floor.

The lifts installed of TGS make have crashed many times.The worst is, there is no approval for lifts.The lifts are installed illegally.Flat owners and residents are suffering.

UDS distribution is done more than land they have.

Better stay away from this company.

Police complaint given regarding lifts against builders.

If you are considering to buy a flat in this apartment even after reading this review, do check if builders have cleared their maintenance dues. Recently one flat was sold, for which the maintenance dues were not paid for more than an year. At least check with the maintenance responsible aboutdues to be cleared.

Note: Lift license obtained by builder in 2020. The lifts are 4 to 5 years old, still electrical inspector has given license. License given excluding illegally constructed penthouse floor.
