They buy the area after thorough scrutiny of documents and obtain patta for the land and then make layout.

Their customer service is very good since they take us to project site, offer very good lunch and brought us back.

During the Registration of the site also their staff are very much helpful and they take care of us when we go for Registration at the Registrar Office.

Plots of many sizes are available and the price is also comparatively cheap and one main thing is that one has to do lot of bargain to bring down the price.

Their staff extend very good courtesy and it is an ideal property dealer to whom we can rely and buy plot for our future.
