Many customers fall prey by hearing the name Appaswamy. I am also one of such customer. We bought the flat with a premium price for a green building, But there are many issues such as,
1)Heavy amount being spent on disposal of Sewage because the builder has not implemented toilet flushing using treated water. In addition the quality of treatment plant is poor in terms of vendor selection.
2)Solar heater is complete failure, the glass tube gets broken in the hot summer
3)Rain water not being effectively diverted to well and left to road
4)They get approval from Environment dept but never does the job as in the approval.
5)Rain water enters into UB and LB due to poor planning
6)Inside the house also lot of leakage due to poor grouting or sloping of toilet
7)Property tax assessment is left with the residents and it is taking hell a lot of time and the large residents are at risk of getting the metro water connection and sewer connection because of this issue. They should have taken the responsibility for this added some marginal cost for this petty issue.
8)Many licences are still pending for transfer
9)Though the owner spend the money during the project implementation the entire specification is not being looked into leading to many failures.
The one point is common across many builders is everyone is doing the same by bribing the Govt Authorities.
Entire Builder community should wake up to the changing knowledge customer(Knowledge economy)
The working level customer care executives are poor chaps without much authority. The entire blame goes to the senior team.
