The customer support people just do not know how to even speak to customers. They seriously lack basic etiquette& respect for customers and the worst part is even the managerial class is no different. They just don't bother to resolve customer issues or complaints and come back to the customer. I do not know how they manage to sell properties in today's market where you have 100's of new players queuing up to sell the unsold inventory. I only hope the senior management wakes up to the harsh realities of the market and does something about this harsh, rude and impolite behaviour of such immature staff within the organisation. The brand equity of any good companies do get enhanced/ eroded with the front line people who are the 1st touch points. The image either gets built or gets diluted at the first interaction. My first impressions and experiences is hopeless and I shall not recommend Aparna to any prfessionals from the working class.
