Collection of donations

Review On Aparna Constructions and Estates, Hyderabad

Hi,

I am Surya, a resident of Aparna Tulips, Kompally Since 2013.

I want to bring to the managements notice after observing a couple of events regards to collection of 'unwarranted\suspicious donations' during past 4 months.

Details are as below.

"A walk for charity"

A leaflet about a charity-walk event was put on the noticeboards right after Dasara(oct 2017),

without any mention of the name\details of the recipient organization.

On further inquiry on the Aparna email group by some of the residents, it was found out that it would be going to one named Mr.Jacob whose details and registered number of his missionary or organisation is yet to be shared.

NOTE:

Any event that appears on the noticeboard and that warrants a community participation must furnish full details, in this case the missionary address & registered number, the website, tax returns and its authorized person - phone, email etc,

Without these details the valuable service and monetary resources of the residents from such official community event will become suspicious dubious could be prone to wrong use or against the society.

I urge the APMS to take notice and pass regulations on the below

1. Rules to put up leaflets

   
   




2. Furnishing of the full details of the recipient charitable trust\organization in writing and signature of the organizer with below details Organizer: Name, Flat #\full address, Phone #, emailid Recipient Charitable trust\Organization: Authorized Person Name & address of the Authorized Person, Organization Name & address of the organization, Registered number of the organization TAX Returns past 3 yrs minimum
