Unfortunately due to majority of the areas covered with many parts of the cities filled with members of a minority group due to stressful economic conditions and also due to poor social background. There have also been a number of legal obligations against the minority types that live in these areas that are restricted from buying flats at higher rates.

We have just moved in and we do not even have electricity supply as of now! The water supply is also not that good! They should have ensured that people who shift do not have a problem! So much of our time is getting wasted in ensuring that things that they should have taken care of gets done!

There are many developers that promise a lot about upcoming development project an use this to lure the buyers to buy in their flats with deals such as the upcoming the grand temple, the fascinating ring road that is passing by, whereas in reality nothing hold absolutely true.
No refund in case of emergency.

They will say that you can get your money back in case of emergency, but you will not. I had an emergency and told them I will need the money and would not like to book a house with them anymore, but I did not get my refund back. They are such cheaters.
