With one of my experience with Antriksh Sanskriti- Its a sad state of business ethics and very poor customer sensitivity that has been displayed by Antriksh leadership. I would urge all my NRI/Citizens friend be cautious and refrain from investing with this group.

Do we have any suo moto clause that supreme court can take and initiate how "Real State Law"- implemented . How soon citizens can expect strong public-policy delivery with result on this issue? Chief Justice of India M Venkaiah Naidu General V.K. Singh

Please be careful while purchasing any flat in Antriksh Group. His Sanskrit Project is totaly fraud& they are going to face the case of 420.

All buyers are cheated there and when they tried to contact Owner of Antriksh Mr Rakesh Yadav, he don't receive phone. So request all to be carefull with this cheater.

We great Suffering I am writing my review here, I booked a Flat in 2011 July in there project known as Antriksh Sanskriti at NH-24,

Near by Hindon. Till the time builder has been taken 80% of total ammount and there is no sign of delivery. He do not pick the calls, his staff give wrong information. Also very Poor construction Quality. Builder promissed to handover the project in 2013 Dec, Till date project is in same stage, Even J and K block first floor is not complated.He openly says I will not pay the panalty in any case for delay, Will not deliver The flat in near future. Honest Advise please stay away with any of the Antriksh Group Project,

Worst Builder in Delhi NCR

Antriksh builder is one of the worst Builder in Delhi NCR area. They never fulfill their commitments. I have purchased a flat in their under construction project named Antriksh Sanskriti in the year 2011 now 5 years have gone and no sign of possession.

They always lie. Even the construction quality is worse. One should never buy in any of Antriksh projects.  Customer service is zero and they do not have even care to respond to your calls once you are in their trap.

Antriksh has no good record.  I can't understand that how ET found the Antriksh as good.

They have no meaning of their words, commitments,  even their issued letters for promising delivery.

No adherence for their own proposed plan for delivery.

ET please don't mislead buyers. Coz those who are paying rent and EMI and spending on petrol to meet builder knows the actual pain.

I have bought a flat in antriksh golf address sector-150 Noida, I had surprised when Antriks's builder gave best offers with their quality and best price. And it has delivered over 60 and above of projects in Delhi NCR.It's my wonderful experience.

I had a great experience with Antriksh group. I recently booked an apartment at The golf address sector 150. The entire process was smooth. They called me and take me for the site visit on their own. Showed me the best inventory that they have. The documentation process was also smooth.
