Well well. there are so many of builders and companies out there. but ANTRIKSH ENGINEERS AND BUILDERS provided me safe and simple way to purchase my own luxuries home. thankyou for yor efforts. A well known group in delhi. the company have adequate and warm services which is very rare. thankyou so much ANTRAIKSH ENGINEERS AND BUILDERS.

I would love to recommend everyone out there who is looking for homes and offices. best of luck

If you are looking for a place in delhi ncr, it is my humble request to you please do not go for this group they have different names antriksh group, kanball group and are supposed to be bulding flats but the on groud reality of them is very poor. they havent delivered any of the flats to any consumer yet.

I booked a flat in indrapuram(delhi ncr) and they were supposed to produce result by now.

they are collecting money in terms of increase in prices and not producing any out put.

the staff is also misbehaving now. they are nt listening to people complaints. I have met many people like me who are getting harassed by the group.

Dear Directors, I believe you understand earning money is way too difficult a task in current market conditions. I had booked a flat in your Antriksh Sanskriti project in 2011 and have made all necessary payments  as demanded by you. Completion of the said project seems no where in near future. After visiting the construction site, I feet like I have been cheated and trapped in your ill motives, as nobody is able to give me a convincing reply from your office. At every visit I am assured merely by false promises . The Project Manager Mr.Yaday and Area Manager Mr. Rohit intimated me about non availability of goods/materials for the completion of the project. I do not understand, is your company not capable enough to over come such hurdles in a given time frame?

Kindly share the status at the earliest and let me know the exact dates for the possession of my flat so that I can take further actions accordingly.

Please new buyers don't buy any flats from this cheater builder. His building quility is also very poor. They have different names like "Antriksh  Sanskriti", "Antriksh Golf View", "TheAntriksh", "Antriksh Realtec Pvt.Ltd." etc. His ready to move is also poor quality construction . They have cheated my at his project at NH-24(near Hindon River). I had booked my flat with this group in 2011 but till date there is no chance to have my flat in com ming  4-5 years. I am paying my EMI. Please new buyer don't trust on this brand.

I have booked flat in Antriksh Sanskriti in 2011 and after 5 years almost nothing has been done. I am attaching recent photos of site(taken in Feb, 2016). See, these cheater hasn't built even the first floor in five years.

Also, as per our construction plan, 10% has to be taken on the completion of the roof of first floor but he has taken it with cheating, now we cannot trust on this builder anyhow. I haven't seen such third grade builder till now. My friends have booked flats constructed by other builders and they are about to got possession. Another good fact about that owner of this project Mr. Rakesh Yadav(+91 9310068107) now doesn't even pick buyers phone.

We great Suffering I am writing my review here, I booked a Flat in 2011 July in there project known as Antriksh Sanskriti at NH-24, Near by Hindon.

Till the time builder has been taken 80% of total amount and there is no sign of delivery. He do not pick the calls, his staff give wrong information. Also very Poor construction Quality. Builder promised to handover the project in 2013 Dec, Till date project is in same stage, Even J and K block first floor is not completed. He openly says I will not pay the penalty in any case for delay, Will not deliver The flat in near future. Honest Advise please stay away with any of the Antriksh Group Project,

Antriksh group had launched its project named Antriksh sanskriti on NH 24, Indirapuram in 2011 and till date no visibility of possession is there The construction quality is extremely poor, builder already taken 85% of money and now no construction activities are going on. Antriksh group managing directors - Mr Rakesh yadav and Mr Goyat are not responding and meeting to buyers at all.

We are struck up now, and had now only the option of legal proceedings

This builder is really fraud and is a big cheater, my advice to every one is that please don't book any flat in their projects in future

Please avoid booking flats with this Builder.

They are a bunch of frauds.

The Antriksh Sanskriti in NH 24 which was scheduled to delivered in Oct 2014 is still to be delivered. As per the construction we have seen at site last week, it seems that another 2 years will take to complete the flats. It's a huge financial burden for the real buyers.

I would like to request all genuine buyers who want to invest their hard earned money for a shelter of their own, please avoid this builder. All the promises they make will be crushed in due course of time. AVOID.

I booked a flat in year 2011 and paid 90%/and still no hope of getting flat. Worst part is the work at site is almost stopped.We all are feeling cheated.

Antariksh group must complete the project. I do not know how they are launching new projects and taking no interest in completing this project.

Wish good sense prevail to builder and Economic Times should not give awards with out varifying various projects progress by any group.

Antriksh has no good record. I can’t understand that how ET found the Antriksh as good.

They have no meaning of their words, commitments, even their issued letters for promising delivery. No adherence for their own proposed plan for delivery.

Builders never deliver their any project on Time and never pick phone. Their staffs always give false information and also dont show good attitude. Antriksh Group owner Rakesh Yadav and thier group are the cheater and big fraud. I would suggest don't ever do any kind of deal with this group.

I have booked a 2BHK flat in K- tower in 2011 and after 5 year even  ground floor not completed by Antriksh. They also taken 10% more from their eligibility by cheating

Totally painful experience. Whenever asked about project status false commitments given by their MD Mr Rakesh Yadav even in written. Advise to stay away from this builder who is continuing new projects by cheating like us peoples. Builder has done more than 10 meetings and always made lies commitments.

Till date there is no sign of delivery these people have just looted the hard earned money of middle class people

I had booked a flat in Antriksh Sanskriti, NH-24, near by Hindon river, Ghaziabad in 2011. And that was my biggest mistake of my life. When I booked my dream house in Antriksh, I was very happy. But Antriksh Group has demolished it.

Now April 2016 and still there is no hope of passation. Owner of the Antriksh Group liar, fail to deliver and can't belief in his written commitments also. Buyers booked flat in 2009, and don't know are will they get his/her flat in coming years or not because the construction progress is very slow(almost stopped)at the site.

One of the most unfortunate thing a person can do is by booking flat under antriksh builder. They doesnot stand with their any commitment.  unfortunately I did the same in 2011 and there is   no sign of project delivery.

They are also not paying any penalty.  the construction quality is one of the poorest.   They are good in extracting money, let me explain . first the proposal passed upto 12 floor only,  so the payment of 10% releases at the completion of ground, 4th, 8th and then final roof ie 12th. but after getting 80% of quick payment by completing till 8th, the get approved of new plan of 20 floor.

So we have paid more than 80% and only waiting . I request to those who are reading that be away with this builder.

Most of them have booked in 2009, and don't know if get after 10years as the progress at the site shows.

Dear All,

I am very upset while writing this. it was my dream when I have booked my dream home 5 years before in Antriksh Sanskriti a project of Antriksh Group. Builder has promised so many times to deliver project on time. as per my agreement I was suppose to get my home in Dec 2013 but as of now its in air and continuously chasing the builder for possession. before few month also builder has given us scheduled of work where he is giving possession in Aug 2016. when we have visited site no work is going. making fool again and again. and breaking the trust.

Request you not book any home in any of Antriksh project as they are biggest fraud. you will not get your dream home at least on time.

Today I feel that booking a flat with Antriksh Sanskriti, NH24 was biggest mistake of my life. I have booked my flat in 2012 and supposed to get flat by 2014, however only foundation has been completed of my tower. Everytime we meet with the builder, he gives rosy picutre of the project and never give any solution that why work is not happening. Being working class from middile class family, I have to pay EMI and rent both. And we are really in very bad shape becuase of this builder. So I reccommond not to trust this builder and never budy any flat from antriksh group.

If you're thinking about buying a home from Antriksh Builders, please don't. I haven't spoken to

a single person that's happy with this builder.They do not provide home in time only false

commitment from their side.They take full payment and hold project at least 8 to 10 yrs. If you

wait for 10 yrs then .go for this situation .We had buy our flat in Antriksh Sanskriti in 2011 but till now we did not get any completion from their side all construction work is not in progress.

Antirikhsa sanskriti  is complete loss investment builder is not at all worried for the project completion neither is bothered about the buyers valuable money .A strong  negative recommendation for those who are thinking to invest in this project.

Project is in progress for more 9 than years yet not delieverd sigle unit out of it, still making false commitments to buyers with false possession dates.

Antriksh builder cheats to buyer. One of the project Antriksh sanskriti NH24 Near Hindon Reaver barrage got delayed drastically. This projects start on 2009 and their is no commitment for delivery of this project from builder. Maximum buyer paid 90% of flat cost to builder on or before 2013/14. Builder directors slso not intrest to discusse with buyer. All buyer are paying bank interest as well as rent and their dream home is in dream only.

How the ET has given a good rating to this builder?

How this group has got best builder award in 2015?
