My name is A. Balaji. I booked a Flat No. 36B in Karanai Pudhichery Village, Urapakkam on Jan 17th 2014(paid One Lakh Rupees on this date) and Paid another around of amount(one lakh sixty thousand and six hundred and fifty six) on Feb 19th 2014.

At the time of agreement, your team agreed to handover the Flat before May 2015. But I found the Building work is still in the same condition and did NOT see any further works. I enquired many times with your Customer care/Site engineer and keep receiving an improper response. Also I visited the site and found the materials are getting damaged badly.(Few photos attached with this email)

The building work is same as I saw in the Agreement period. So I am completely Fed-up with your service and process.

Now, please answer my below questions

Response my above questions immediately. I need to take decision in another 10 days.

Note: Also in earlier stage, your Sales person quoted me a Flat for 12 lakh and at the time of booking they increased the pricing to 14 lakh+. So I changed my plan and booked different Flat for 10 lakh. They are NOT even bothered to provide the correct information to customers. From the beginning, I am facing issues with your Service.

Offering a budget apartment is not an eligibility to compromise quality. At the end of the day, it should be at least a house. What Antony Builders construct and deliver is not a house - its a leaky roof and cracking walls.

If there is a system in place, where the house payment can be done after 1 year of residence, then nobody will dare to pay these builders - instead return the house.

There is no exaggeration nor any overlooking, but all practical comments.

Consider going to some better builder.

Please dont buy from this builder. I bought a flat form this builder and suffered a lot. Worst quality in all perspective. Water is coming inside to my house(through roof) while raining. Those who gave +ve ratings are from Antony Associates, not the people who bought flats from Antony Associates.

They are turning customers attraction by having trust.

I bought flat in Parkwood 2 years back. Even after repeated attempts, customization is not done as per requests. After persistent attempts  of questioning why flooring is not done, (even after I have paid 95% of my total amount ), after 6 months only,  site engineers came and asked to change color since they do not have stock. So it took 6 month identify whether title stock is available and still my basic customization (ventilator in toilet ) is not done.

So bottom line they took money and not have done anything in my flat.

I gave 1 star since system asked, I would have given 0/5 but it not allowed.
