After taking all ur money... Sales guy will not even pick ur call. If u keeping calling them for the help they will straight answer you that they cannt do anything thing and cnnt help

You have to arrnge ur gas connection, resgistry by ur self... Also they will threat u for unethical money.

This builder is cheat all home buyers and coz change his drawing . he has made lot of flats in above on club which is not shown in his model and his website and voucher . I never seen in extension these type of practice who has given permission? I Don't no all air and view, ventilation stucked and over loading in land spoil every thing just because make more money . am also feel my bad decision to invest this project

We are filing complaint for aishwaryasingh23ment of interest on amount paid @ 18% per annum, as per recent judgement of National Consumer forum.

Don't go with this builder, it will just give you pain and takes money.

They have just one sided agreement. they will torture you mentally and physically whenever you go to ask for your flat delivery.

So go with some branded builder, they are cheap and nuisance and have no respect for you and your hard core earned money
