Poor market forecasting

The builders have been unable to leverage the use of active insights so as to forecast a proper land area that can be actively converted into commercial projects and that has led to leaving the current land area into barren unproductive use. This is not the most suited case.

It has been recently reported that the designs of the viaduct have not been submitted to the fire department that is near to the station and many of the members are aware of it. This has been a graving concern for all the residents living nearby. This issue needs to be resolved to avoid any credibility issues.

High maintenance fee

Their maintenance fee is really high and if it was a fair deal we would not mind, but they do not take care of the amenities and facilities, so we wonder where are money is actually going at!

Over crowded

This building is over crowded because they took more projects than they could handle on this place, so have to wait a lot of time to use the amenities and facilities, which is quiate horrible.

No fire fighting systems
