Ansal API, Panipat

Hii friends, This is Deepak Jangra and I would like to share my personal experience with the Ansal API, Panipat , Haryana.

This review is regarding as my personal experience with these builders.

All the people were very happy after coming the official builders of Anshal API in panipat because they thought that they would took the best flats.

Many people booked their flats before started construction. I also booked my flat. They promised us that this sector would prepare in 2 years and your flats booked on your name after 2 years and a month.

But after 2 two years they prepared only one part of the building and they stopped working. They forgot their promise.

And they used a very poor quality material. The building seemed that it will damage only in a year.

They said that your flats are ready but we said that you promised the building of 2 floors.

They said that if you wanted 2 floor building then your flat charge would increased. Also the road in the sector was muchh worst. All road damaged from place to place.

These constructors are very bad. Don't trust in them. They are liers.

Don't book any flat from them.

Ansal API , Panipat the first official launched township in which people of panipat showed a lot of faith and invested huge amount of money for better living but unfortunatly Ansal API Panipat failed to deliver there best, they diatributed plots at higher discounts to property dealers and consequently property dealers exploited the people with higher value and this is not the end

Ansal API panipat promised the making of Market and mall in 2 yrs but its already 12 yrs gone by ita forat part is not developed , forget about the second part

Transfer of plots; this is a big phenomenon for the users very complicated and expensive

Infrastructure; poor infrastructure and safety, all the roads are broken , no proper maintance of parks and security is only for name,

I strongly suggest future buyers to think 100 times and take all the above steps into consideration before buying,
