ANSAL API - FRAUD & CHEAT - DO NOT INVEST IN IT

Review On Ansal API, Greater Noida

Dear Friends,

Please do not invest your hard earned money with this builder, I have invested all my saving to buy a Flat with ANSAL API- GREATER NOIDA, SECTOR -ETA 2.,  flat no  is - 1306 booked in year 2012. Authorized Sales person  of company made me fool - saying the company would complete construction by JUNE 2016 & you will get possession in 2016. Now we are standing at July 2017, still more than 60% of work is pending in tower T-11 in which I have the flat, even work has also been stopped.

I have to pay EMI of 22000 PM but the construction has stopped. Please do not invest in cheat & fraud builder. I am analyzing the option to move in consumer court to get my hard money refund from this builder.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY FLAT FROM ANSAL.
