The car lift at this apartment breaks down quite a lot and residents are not able to use their cars. There are also no proper amentities and there is no proper fire fighting system as well.

No transparency in tender process

The tender process which is initiated by the government so as to facilitate bids for properties are not carried out in the standard formats prescribed leading to lack of credibility that is built up among the future buyers who are very keen in buying the properties.

Developers don’t keep buyers interest in the front

Since the Maharajah implementation, it has been seen that some of the builders are not keeping the buyers interest in the front and the developer should strictly not accept more than 10 per cent of the cost as advance payment from a buyer.
