I suggest Amrapali Noida is a good builder and provide good house at a very reasonable cost which anybody can afford but only one problem is there and that is their projects starts very late it is a spying opinion so it may be not considerable by you but that will be better for you to look into the matter first before investing into any housing scheme father I suggest Amrapali Noida is good for its pricing and the accommodation they provide about this product is good father I would like to add before going into investment research the housing schemes specially Finance

I have booked a flat with AMRAPALI. Two years passed however I don't have the foggiest idea about what's the matter with the development. It’s not just about fancy, modern designs and facilities like gym, tennis court.It’s about the quality in everything. The material used, how durable are the fittings, how secure is the area etc which would matter more than gym once you start living at a place and I only have words of appreciation for Concorde. I live in e-city and my home experience I owe to Concorde group. Besides, they don’t vanish once they get the payment. There customer servicing is also very easy going and efficient. Overall a very good investment to make.

Amrapali Group has not only increased the numbers of buildings and numbers of floors in Silicon city, but has also taken full amount from buyers including the amount payable at the time of possession by misleading the buyers through issuing intimation of Possession letters.

Also increased area demand is totally false & cheat. There is no increase in area as FAR has not increased and Amrapali has developed more building and floors.

Mr. MS Dohni can not be considered innocent on this issue as his wife holds 25% share in Amrapali Group.

People are not getting possession even after paying extra amount.

We all should boycott Mr Dohni and Amraplai Group.

Amrapali is a cheat company I had bought flat in the Amrapali silicon city noida 76

1 the construction was delayed by 2.5yrs

2 the quality of construction is very poor with hundreds of defects

3 delivered flat when I filed a case against them in consumer court

4 building is still under construction with only 1 lift other lifts are not installed till date .

Delayed projects and unsenstive cusomer response.They will never respond to your mails.I am investor in their centurion park project. After made almost 90% of the payment project future is still uncertain. I am now asking them torefund my money back along with interest. But inspite of sending themmany reminders, they have not even bothered to give reply.

Hi,

I would like to mention my bad experience of this project and the reality that I am going to expose here.



  1. The construction quality is very very poor. One can easily see the bad quality doors fitted that does not worth more than 300 rs. The quality of cement and tiles used is very very poor. When a new buyer visits, the guards and all are advised to tell lie that superior quality lafarge cement is used etc etc but in reality the materials used are very very poor.



  2. The design of the buildings and interiors are so bad. Builder has messed up with the design of the towers trying to make it three side open. There is very less distance between balconies of adjacent towers where one can touch the other balcony by hand and can jump into each other's balcony.



  3. The management of this project operate only through cell phones where they do not pick the calls and give falls promises.



  4. There was a fake advertisement by the builder 6 months back during key handling ceremony where builder had claimed the key has been handed over to few of the owner. actually it was just false game played by the builder to attract new customers. 6 months have passed since the key handing ceremony and the towers are not ready yet. sewage, life not operational and central park work not finished yet.If someone wants proof go and see the reality now.



  5. Now if someone wants to purchase a flat at price 3000 per sqft and above then I would recommend dont buy because of construction quality does not worth the price.



  6. If someone wants to know the reality then dont go as a buyer but go silently and say to the guards that your relative has booked a flat in so and so tower and see the condition. else the management will make its best to show you different story if you straightaway go as a buyer.



  7. Never ever invest in this project. its our hard earned money.

I havn't booked any flat in amrapali but I know many things about the builder. The builder is fraud. They don't even paid full charges of noida authority . Thats why noida authority is not giving any completion certificate to it.

The builder is black listed in all the banks, no bank is funding on the projects of amrapali. There projects are delayed by 3-5 years. Amrapli has a huge land space in noida, but the buyers are very frustrated by the builder.

Mrapali is the worst builder when it comes to Quality and giving possession on time.I have booked flat in Amrapali centurian park in April 2011.

Amrapali group certainly is a reliable name when it comes to delivering quality projects at time. I am not bragging about it or something but my sister has recently shifted in her villa at Amrapali Vananchal City, which is just up to her expectations. Well, villa is the synonym for quality itself and Amrapali adds brand weightage to it.

There everything is crafted up to the mark and it seems that every quality aspect has been considered well while designing and building this residency. My sister hasn’t faced anything as such, where quality has been compromised; rather she is happy with the whole unit as she didn’t have to do any repair or rejuvenating work like people usually do suffer such things when dealt with other builders, who degrade the brand names by comparing the latter with the deceiver, and whose names I won’t be taking because I cannot stop to such level where they call investment in plots as looting middle class’ money.

In 2010 we booked a flat in Amrapali silicon city.

Paid all remaining amount by Oct 2015 and still today begging them to complete the home.

When we call the tower in charge he ask us to go and talk to project manager. Project manager never answers call. When we call sector 62 office, they ask us to go to the construction site. They are irresponsible and  punishes all who invested in their project. Never invest in it.

This group is really not so trusted there is lots of problems with the project of amrpali gropes.



  1. they take so many time to complete the project. according to comitment they never prepair the project.



  2. they take so much time in position.



  3. the starting amount is so much than other builders.



  4. they are not work like a professional workers that is vomited for position.





I think if you are looking for so early position than avoid amrpali groups ya its good if the project is completed and peoples are staying their but there is no sure date for new project position.

I had booked a Flat near Shatabadi vihar sector 49 Noida in Amarpali apartments in 2011.

They commited us to finish the construction till 2013 & taken 70% of the amount of the Flat.

till date construction is going on & we had not got any possesion information. We are facing too much problem with amarpali. I am residing with my family on ren from last 4 years & had paid 70% of the amount to the builder.

facing too much troubles with amarpali. I will never suggest anyone to opt amarpali builders.

Aamrapali group said his aim is housing for all but the the growth trajectory in the real estate sector. experts; but there is a big question, what major steps have taken in support of housing for all scheme? And, how do they take up the issue where most middle class indians see home ownership as a distant dream? They are making 2 & 3 BHK apartments for the mddle class, its called Aadarsh Awas yojna. And they had offered 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats and are being sold at Rupees 22 lakh onwards. But its very far from Delhi and Noida.

One of my friend who was transferred to noida by our company since he was a north indian it was near to his hometown & was happy with his transfer there.

But Amrapali  Builder cheated him. Many customers got attracted because of their massive advertisement on electronic media. Many fell into their trap.

They took entire money, gave possession letters but didn't provide flats. What can a common man do who buys flat on loan emi?

How will they fight against builders with muscle mafia & money along with political support.
