It is unfortunate that lots of customers are facing ire the builders at Noida Extension, present situation after demonetization has made the  Situation worse.
The Project Golf Homes was launched in way back and expected to resume the delivery of the Houses from His year only( after 6 year of wait), but it seem that this project will still take 3 years more to complete the project and deliver it to the customers.
Myself has booked the flat in Dec 2014 and was promised that it will be deliver in june 2016, but now they say it will be in 2017 which still seems a far off reality.
Moreover subvention( 80:20) buyers schemes where the banks have made upfront payment to the builders, is now facing the heat, the Builder is not paying their due part( EMI) and that to without interest, Banks are calling to the customers for the payments, which customers are paying in some cases and in most of the cases they are differing them.
RBI has issued a notification/advisory on 4.9.2013 advising the banks not to make upfront payments to the builders under such schemes, which any way increases the risk of NPA OF Bank, inspite of advisory national Level banks have disbursed loans to the Builders in Subvention schemes
After Demonetization, due to vaporization of Black money, the Construction works has stopped at almost all the places where housing projects are going on.
