Worst Customer service - No response from Pankaj Kumar(worst person I ever met) for Silicon City - CRM .

Every time, busy on Phone and never takes the buyer call's and hardly replies.

All employees are busy at nothing.  We buyers have put our money in a very, very bad organization.  They do not have any help desk. Worst employees and Anil Kumar Sharma so called the CMD is sitting idle on his big chair .

Sharma ji take action otherwise Ur reputation is on stake.
