Bewere of cheater builders in Delhi-NCR

As all concern knows, there are countless builders and developers in India, out of that more than one lac are concern with Delhi-NCR, engaged since so many years ago. Perhaps they were giving good service initially and that"s why they become millionaire day and night, which is being continued now a days also, but at the same time they forgot giving good service and sincere response today. Crores of investors are concern with these builders and developers. With the hope of their required house, they use to book the house from these builders and invest the valuable money as per builders plan and demands.very frequently they took loan from banks and invest the money with these schemes.

In the same line, my son also took bank loan and invest the money to book a house from Amrapali Golf homes, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR in 2nd quarter of 2010 and with heartiest pain, I can tell that there is absolutely no hope about take over the house, even after a lapse of more than 6 years which were supposed to hand over within 3 years. Builders only know to collect the money and I have also paid more than 80% of cost value time to time as per plan. same way lacs of people are sufferer in Delhi - NCR with the hope of needful house.Only God knows, when our hope will be fulfilled.Thus we are felt to be cheated as we are paying installments of bank as well as rent for rented house also.Hence be caution-full while involve with these schemes of builders.
