The carpet area of a 2 BHK is like a 1 BHK here! The space is so small and you pay the price of a 2 BHK, so do some research and see what a proper 2 BHK needs to be like so that you do not get cheated!

Many of the people have started to not to live on rent in these flats and have switched on to living in other areas where the cost incurred is comparatively less.

Hello friends, I am going to share my companion on Ambuja Neotia, kolkata.

This builder did a great job in our company. They built one of our office block. They took very low price. They took only 7 months to make a two floared building. They privide very good service. The quality of their work is very good. The behaviour of the workers are also very friendly. They listened to our plans carefully and made it as we suggested. Also they provides all the equipments in low costs. I will recomend to take their services.

Very bad experience from ambuja neotia as there staff is very aggressive and not polite. beware of this fraud company. They make false commitment and you paid for them they act aggressive as this was the response received from there customer and when I also asked for the same they started behaving Rude.

Ambuja Neotia is one of the trusted shop in kolkata.i bye some goods in this shop and the sellers are also good for selling.so you can buy your own goods in this shop.and it is a trusted shop.one day I went this shop and see that the shop closed .as I came many far so I call the sellers and he came to give my goods.you don't trust this.but if your eye will see that obviously you trust.
