They cheat Booking Advance of People .The sales team use words coated with honey and sugar to get the booking amount early from you.They create an environment in such a way if you dont book a flat it will be sold immediately. If you book and cancel any flat, they will not return your booking Advance. They charge 1% of project cost as booking advance and swallow your money. Please dont trust them.

I had been attracted with the price and the location and enquired about it. Finally found that this project is in Thirumudivakkam which is around 10 kms from chrompet. The builders staffs mentioning that it is in Chrompet. Not sure about the quality of the building as I didn't see it. I felt bad after I came to know the actual location.

I would say , friends keep away from them if you are attracted by chrompet location

Just because this place share the pincode they call it as chrompet
