As we decided to renovate our society we had given contract to this builder. This builder is very popular. The cost of the contract he took was too high compared. Also the way he implemented the project was not good. We had given him many suggestions but he keeps on ignoring and do whatever he wants too. He promised to complete the work within four years. As seven years passed yet the work haven't been completed. Main problem with this builder is that he takes many contract at a time. So he don't focus on a particular contract. Also the number of workers are less and they work bit slowly. Apart from this the workers don't come to work on every holidays. We had complained this thing many times to builder but is of no use. He began to shout at us and tell that the contract would be cancelled and the money won't be refunded. Many tenants have got frustrated with this and thus left the Society. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder.
