Review On Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd, Bangalore

I have booked two flats in PreEmi scheme(where builder reimburses pre emi until possession) but have not received a singe rupee on time.

Every time when I call them, they give some weird excuse few example.

1. You have not sent the mail for pre emi deduction proof.

   
   




2. Please send me your loan account details.

   
   




3. Some formula is there for calculation of Pre emi, we want to see that how much it is getting deducted, builder is not liable to pay full.

   
   

what is this, please someone tell them that PEMI is all about interest payment to bank, I was shocked when the asked me to furnish amortization schedule, excuse me.

When I said I will go to court,  The customer relationship officer has dared me to go to court if you have courage, she even went on saying you have to deal with me till possession so dont give me these, total gunda giri.

Please if someone is reading this review I would suggest to stay away from this project, I am seriously looking for legal options.
