Review On Alliance Group, Chennai

We bought a flat in Alliance in Gulmohar block and unit number is 1305(orchid springs project) in March 2017. The flat is perfect and the way it is designed was good and it has more ventilation. You can able to get more light and air inside the flat and it is really necessary for the people who live in flats. And they delivered exactly what they mentioned and specified in the plans.  The rooms are spacious and it offers a lake view from the balcony. This project has major amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse and play area etc. Actually we visited so many projects before booking this and we found this spacious flat, gated community and has good connectivity.  The design and the quality of the construction is really good and I would surely recommend this and they really create a good lifestyle and they are a trusted builder and there are well maintained lawns to spend your free time and I am really happy for them! I surely recommend this to anyone who is in need of buying a home in chennai!
