I am finding the good flat in the Rajkot on the 14 August 2016 I found this builder Akshushi realty builders.

The thing that were done by them is not tolerate at all.

I select a flat on very good location and the price were also were fixed and the token were also give it to me.

The 2BHK flat in 40 lakhs on the University road, Rajkot.

The thing that I want to tell you is after giving me token of the flat they were sell this flat to any other person for more rupees.

I will go the manager for that complain they were giving my token amount back and side that I don`t want to sell this flat to you.

This is the thing also may happen to you. So, not prefer this rather than this prefer khodiyar builder for buying the flats.

I wnat to buy a very good and classy bungalow, then on the 18 July 2016 I found the Akshrushi Builder they were providing a various bunglow and flat to me and I select the bungalow of the 45 Lacs at the yagnik road , Rajkot.

I found that I give a token of the rupees 5 lacs to the builder than I found that after one month the smae bunglow were given to someone else because they were giving more 50 lacs for that bungalow. Then I complain about thet I didn't get my bungalow back at all then I found thar my token price were also get transferred for someone else bungalow that is near the kalwad road rajkot and that price is also 45 Lacs that one big fraud happen with me so, rather than going at this builder you should go for someone else.

The thing that I want to tell you is after giving me a token of the flat they were sell this flat to any other person for more rupees .

I will go the manager for that complain they were giving my token amount back and said that I don't want to sell this flat to you.

This is the thing also may happen to you. so, not prefer this rather than this prefer khodiyar builder for buying the flats.
