Never handover flat on time

Please never invest in Akashaya. This builder has a history of never completing the project on time. For a 3 year project it take minimum of 8-12 years. Don't just believe my words please check by yourself the commence date of Akashaya projects like January, Today, Abov, Metropolis, they are already delayed by 8 years. Their CRM staff is very disrespectful, no transparency in process. Their construction agreement is biased and take more than 60% of the flat cost just for digging the basement.
