Bought this project last year. Moved in this February. As usual, I was reluctant to take a decision immediately. The project was under construction. I had to take a loan to fund my homebuying desire. One key aspect of booking a home in Republic is its aesthetic design and architecture. Surrounded by lush greenery. Cross ventilation is one of the main features. Spacious and with a view. The amenities are perfect. I thank all Akshaya employees who helped me through the booking and handing over process. I would like to refer Akshaya projects to my friends who are looking for a property.
