Basic amenities like, lift , clean water , road is not near to ready. Mercilessly they ask to climb 5 floors or wait for few months to get the lift ready. First time home buyers be careful with this cheats, they will have a once sided agreement and you will be in a trap for lifelong. The build quality is also so pathetic even govt housing board will be better. Humble request who invests hard earned money stay away from this cannibals.
