AKSHAYA COMPROMISED. False promises. Poor quality

I booked a flat in Akshaya project five years back in 2011. The builder promised to hand over the flat in 2 years i.e 2013. I was totally shocked when after two and half years they asked for one more year to complete the project and this goes on and on even today and it is not completed yet even in 2016 end. They won't keep their promise and they have given a new deadline for the umpteenth time. They claim transparency''delivery on time', 'uncompromised blah blah blah. Mr Chitti Babu the CEO never wants to meet any of the buyers but gives one interview every month(check their youtube page) .If you ask them repeatedly with mails and calls, they will act as if they are working on your apartment but the progress will slowly wane when we stop calling them. The statements given by their management are all completely false. They simply cheat the people and mismanage their funds for their own purposes and give thousand lame excuses for extension.(they have even provided demonetisation as a reason for delay). There is a huge opportunity loss for the people who buy their apartment for investment purpose. I STRONGLY BEG THE FIRST TIME HOME BUYER TO STAY FROM THIS CHEAT AND DON'T GET FOOLED LIKE ME.

If you don't believe just check their projects started after 2010. e.g JANUARY, TODAY, METROPOLIS, etc.
