I booked Akshaya Today d-Block . It is getting delayed and we are not getting the monthly compensation . But they charge 12% for customer delays. This is unfair for the customers. Moreover noticed that once we make the initial bulk payment towards advance the CRM guys talk disrespectfully to customers. Because they know we cannot cancel easily. The cancellation charges workout to be around 2-3 laks.
