Worst Builder. Full of false and fake Promises.Never fall into their Trap. Booked a Flat in Akshaya Today on 2012, still havent received my Apartment. When you call their Sales or CRM, they would say they will get back to you- But you will never get any responses. No activities on site and project is dead for last 1.5 years. They are not ready to cancel the apartment. If you approach for cancellation, they will tell you to sell our apartment to someone else. Not ready to provide us compensations for project delay.

All our hard earned money will be dead, and paying EMI's without knowing whether you will get your apartment or not.
