I have been hunting for an apartment to buy since last 3 months. in which I had to chance to visit various sites in and around Vadodara. some of which are ready possession, some are at their half time, and some are just starting.
Out of which I have decided to book an apartment in the Akshar Gourp scheme.
Lets talk about the customer service: As soon as I entered the booking office they received me with a smile and they were very direct to ask me in what kind of project are you interested in and what is my budget for that.
So I also which I usually prefer to be answered very directly and then they show me the available choices according to my needs. as the scheme is already in the ready to possession mode they offered me to look at the particular apartment whether I like it or not and then decide. So obviously I chose to visit it first.
The staff was very courteous and asked us whether we would like to have any refreshments. what are our needs. how will they assist in our future endeavor. the compete details of the project was put forward. So I was very pleased by the first impression.
When I visited the flat I found that all the material used int he construction was very much of the standard quality and they have put the best possible into the building. the flat was as stated in the brochure and the plus point was that it already has installed the gas line which is rare even in most centralised schemes in Vadodara.
I found it very lucrative the things they are offering with the flats. i.e. amenities. like swimming pool, TT and badminton coats. jogging area, library, mini Theatre. etc. which are also of very high standard. I loved it and
I am looking forward to enjoy all these luxuries of life. the scheme name is Akshar Pavillion.
